We use account information to operate company workspaces and review submitted company, product and document information. Company account details and internal documents are not displayed as public directory content.

Quotation requests are stored privately. A request addressed to a selected supplier is accessible to that company and the platform administrators. A general request remains with the platform team until follow-up and appropriate routing. Do not submit confidential specifications that you are not authorised to share.

Public, members-only and internal document permissions are applied separately. Session cookies support sign-in and form protection. Contact requests concerning access, correction or removal can be submitted through the project request form. This first release does not send marketing emails or use third-party advertising trackers.
